Children's Camps Minimize

Christian camping and activities is an important way for children to develop their spiritual potential. Miriam Hall said, “If a boy of girl works, plays, lives, and learns with Christian camp leaders, he can catch from them the joy of their spiritual experiences and their faith. Through these adults he may be led to a deeper appreciation of Jesus, who reveals God and who makes it possible for us to live at our best; to a sense of companionship with Him; and to a feeling that they have a share in the responsibility for helping others to know and love Jesus.”

Advantages of Christian Camping

  • Opportunities for children to experience God out doors.
  • Times of fellowship with other children. Learning to give and take.
  • Offers a variety of programmes
  • Christian leadership is shown when several people are engaged in guiding and offering counselling to children.
  • Children can have an opportunity to accept Jesus into their lives. They can take decisions to convert, rededicate their lives, and accept the calling to full time service.
