The process:

1)  Fill out the Project/Ministry Site Approval Form.  This form is designed to be completed by tabbing through and filling in the spaces relevant to your request.  Do not print the form and fill it out.  Instead, save the form to your computer, fill it out, and save it under a different name (for example: MP Youth or MP VBS).

There are two pages to the form; both pages must be filled out before the Regional Director will approve the project.

2) Send the form as an attachment to your Field Strategy Coordinator (FSC) for approval of the project.  The FSC will forward the form to the Regional Director for approval.

3) The ministry project is added to the World Mission database and your group can then register through World Mission.
